Does TURNBULL'S COCKTAIL provide delivery?Your order will be shipped through your local retailer. We are not involved in the delivery of orders.

What are operating hours?We work with local retailers to fulfill delivery and pickup orders, so opening hours vary by store. To find liquor stores in your area, visit our store page and enter your shipping address to see a list of liquor stores in your area and all important information.

How can I enter promotion code?Promo codes can be applied on the shopping cart page. On the right side of the page is a field where you can enter the same. You must be logged in to enter your promo code.

Can I change the delivery address of my order?The shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been confirmed. We recommend that you contact the store for details.

How long does it take for the order to be delivered?We do not guarantee delivery time. Delivery is through a local retailer responsible for delivery. You will be notified by email when your order is ready to ship. However, delivery may be delayed due to various external factors such as traffic conditions and weather.

Can I place an order outside the business hours of the store? How is my order processed in such a case?Yes, you can place an order at any time. In this case, the ordering process remains the same.
