Shipping Policy
When placing an order, you represent that you are 21 years of age or older and that the shipping address is also 21 years of age or older. An adult signature is required upon delivery.
Most orders we process within 2 hours. However, some orders may take an additional 3-4 hours from order to processing. On rare occasions, there may be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order. In this case, we will notify you by email.
It is the customer's responsibility to be present at the time of delivery for an adult's signature. If no one is available to pick up the package, another delivery will be attempted.
Return & Exchange Policy
We work with local retailers to fulfill orders and stores are responsible for processing returns.We encourage you to contact the store for their return process and policy. Please note that each store may have its own return policy. Contact information can be found in your order confirmation email and on the shop page.
We will refund your money if you receive the wrong or damaged item. In that case, the store will collect the item and return it. Returns are generally accepted in store within 5 days of purchase. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days after the product is returned to be processed and credited to your credit card account. The number of days also varies by bank.
